do I set up an account with Columbus Delivery Service?
Easy! Call us at (212) 989-1200 or outside New York at (877)
221-1666 and ask our representative to create an account.
Depending on your shipping requirements, we will either set
you up over the phone or arrange for one of our representatives
to meet with you. You may also request an account by completing
and submitting a New Account Application
via this website.
How
can I place my orders and trace my shipment via this website?
Our web shipping system is an intregal part of the Columbus
Delivery Service website. To obtain a login and password,
either contact Customer Support
or complete and submit the New Account
Application. Please note that there is no shipping software
to install on your computer.
How
much will it cost to ship my package?
To find the cost you must first answer a few questions: Where
is the package coming from and going to? How fast does it
need to be there? How much does it weigh and what are the
dimensions?
When you
have the answers to these questions, call Customer Support
at (212) 989-1200 or outside New York at (877)
221-1666 and
a representative will provide you with the shipping cost.
If you are an existing Columbus customer you can obtain a
rate by using the quote option in our Contact
section.
Do
I need an account with Columbus Delivery Service to ship?
No, if you don’t have an account please contact Customer
Support to arrange your shipment.
What
are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are 7AM to 7PM, Monday thru Friday.
We do offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
a year.
If you
require service outside our normal hours of operation, you
can reach us by phone at (212) 989-1200. Web orders and inquiries
are only handled during our normal hours of operation, please
do not enter orders over the web which require after hours
service.
